  • Once you’re happy with your quote, secure your order by paying a 50% deposit. From there:

    • We’ll arrange a laser template appointment to take precise measurements.

    • You’ll receive a final design confirmation.

    • Your worktop will be expertly fabricated and installed within approximately two weeks.

  • From templating to installation, we aim for a lead time of two weeks. However, the total process depends on when your kitchen is ready for templating.

  • A template appointment involves using advanced laser technology to measure your kitchen space with millimetre precision. This ensures your worktop is cut to the exact size and shape needed, for a flawless fit.

  • We specialise in Granite, Quartz, and Acrylic worktops, including our own-brand surfaces and leading industry brands such as Caesarstone, Silestone, Sensa, Corian, and Dekton.

  • Absolutely! We offer a wide range of custom design options, including:

    • Edge profiles (e.g., Double Bevel, Bullnose, Mitred)

    • Sink cut-outs (e.g., undermount, overmount, Belfast)

    • Hob cut-outs and recesses

    • Unique finishes, such as waterfall ends and notches.

  • Our professional, in-house installation teams will fit your worktop to the highest standard. Using specialist seam-setting technology and colour-matched adhesives, they ensure a seamless finish every time.

  • Yes, we provide a 15-year warranty on our Quartz worktops, ensuring peace of mind and long-lasting quality. Brands such as Silestone and Caesarstone offer warranties of different lengths.

  • If you decide not to proceed before templating, we’ll refund your 20% deposit in full. If you have any concerns after templating, we’ll work with you to find the best solution.

  • Yes, we offer a wide range of samples to help you choose the perfect surface for your kitchen. Shop our Trending Colours to request samples or visit one of our showrooms for in-person advice.
